SiebenVIT-Training Chill is the umbrella term for our relaxation units (autogenic training, breathing + relaxation, singing bowl relaxation, deep relaxation, Jacobson relaxation techniques, etc.).

We use as little equipment as possible, instead train with our own body weight, preferably functional full-body exercises with a focus on core stability.

Consists of 7 functional bodyweight training exercises with the aim of training the cardiovascular system.

The complex full-body exercises activate many muscle groups at the same time. The resulting increase in oxygen demand leads to an effective cardiovascular load.

New and innovative, water aerobics in the form of circuit training.  While in a “state of weightlessness”, the whole body is trained in a way that is gentle on the joints.

are a varied mix of strength and cardio exercises, in which core stability is also strongly required.

For us, traditional Nordic walking is only the basis for good cardio training.

We complement Nordic walking with simple, effective exercises using your own body weight and poles.

This gives us a full workout that also requires strength, balance and core stability.
