At our 4* Superior Health Resort, Hotel & SPA, you will find everything you need to unwind. Treat yourself to a private wellness break with one of our SPA day offers, such as our SPA day for ladies, SPA day for men, dinner & SPA, and many others.

What are the wellness and SPA facility opening hours?
For DaySPA guests:
- Use of the sauna and bathing area from 9 am to 6 pm
- Indoor sauna open from 11 am
- Outdoor sauna open from 2 pm
- Use of our gym: from 9 am to 6 pm
For hotel guests:
- Use of the sauna and bathing area:
Mo-Sa: from 7 am to 22 pm
So: from 8 am to 22 pm

What are the water temperatures in the pools?

Can I book beauty treatments at the DAS SIEBEN?
Beauty treatments can be booked in advance over the phone, or on site. To ensure that your requirements can be met in the best-possible way, we recommend booking the treatments you would like in advance.

Can I already use the spa facilities before I check in, or after I have checked out?
We guarantee that you can check into your room by 3 p.m., at the latest. Should your room(s) not be ready for you by midday, you are welcome use our extensive spa facilities free of charge. You are also welcome to extend your stay, and to already enjoy our spa facilities from 9 a.m. on the day of your arrival and/or stay until 6 p.m. on the day of your departure for an extra charge of €25 per person/service.

Is there a car park directly at the hotel?
A free parking space in our underground car park (one per room) is available to you at our health resort DAS SIEBEN.
Is there somewhere where I can charge my electric car / electric bike?
You can charge your electric car at the hotel's own electric vehicle charging station (charges apply). Electric bikes can be charged for free in our bike store.
Is there a shuttle service to/from the hotel?
Subject to availability, we offer a free hotel taxi service to/from Wörgl station that must be booked in advance.

What is the earliest time I can check into the hotel? What is the latest time I can check out?

Are the hotel grounds and/or the rooms wheelchair accessible?
Our health resort DAS SIEBEN is designed to be accessible.
Please note: individual areas, such as some of the swimming pools, for example are difficult to access, or not accessible at all, in a wheelchair.
Is there a bar at the hotel?
At our health resort, you are welcome to enjoy refreshing drinks and snacks during the day, and finish the evening in the hotel's own bar.
Are there seminar rooms at the hotel?
We offer the perfect seminar rooms for your event:
- Our seminar room Bergwelt is ideal for large events such as conferences or lectures.
- The seminar rooms Weitblick and Waldquelle are ideal for workshops and concentrated work.
- We also offer creative zones; retreat to these special rooms to stimulate your creativity.

Can I hire an electric bike at the hotel?
We cooperate with the company eBIKE PREMium; you are welcome to hire one of their electric mountain bikes directly at the hotel. Book your initial exploration tour at our reception as soon as you arrive.

Are there plenty of cycling paths nearby?
At the DAS SIEBEN, cyclists will find everything their hearts desire. Fantastic trails for mountain bikers, road cyclists, e-bike riders and leisure cyclists lead into the unspoilt surrounding landscape of the Kufsteinerland region. The suggested routes are provided by the Kufsteinerland Tourist Association; each includes an overview map (OpenStreetMap), downloadable GPX files, terrain and elevation profile details, route descriptions, photos and much more.

Can I go on hikes nearby?
The Tyrolean mountains have plenty of natural landmarks to offer, for example the Haslach Moor in Bad Häring, the Blue Spring in Erl and the various different lakes around Kufstein. Mountaineers, summit climbers, nature lovers and leisure walkers – the Kufsteinerland region offers something for all kinds of hikers.

Besides our indoor pool and the outdoor pool, which is heated all year round, you can also find numerous natural swimming and mountain lakes as well as lidos nearby:

Where / how can I book my therapies / treatments?
All treatments can be booked in advance over the phone, or directly on site. To ensure that your requirements can be met in the best-possible way, we recommend booking the treatment(s) you would like in advance.

We look forward to our guests aged 16 and over.
Are dogs / pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed in our health resort, hotel & SPA.
What happens if I have to cancel my stay or return home early?
Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival is free of charge.
If you cancel within 7 days, we will charge the following cancellation fees:
- 6 to 4 days before arrival: 45% of the total amount of the booked stay
- 3 to 1 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount of the booked stay
- On the day of arrival: 90% of the total amount of the booked stay
In the event of no-shows, unused rooms or early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Are there cheaper offers, such as low season or last minute offers, a regular customer reward scheme or other discount offers?
We offer various forms of discount:

Do you cater for allergies and special dietary requirements?
We focus on the needs of our guests and place great value on the type of preparation, the origin, quality and freshness of the foods we choose.
On request, we are happy to prepare gluten- or dairy-free dishes, for example. As it takes a little time to plan and realise a menu for allergy sufferers, would you please inform us of any respective requirements in advance when you make your booking.
Together with you, our dietitian will identify the foods that help you to achieve your goals in an enjoyable way, and will also discuss your individual requirements with you.
Are there any vegan / vegetarian / alkaline diet dishes?
We recommend our vegan and vegetarian dishes. You will be surprised by the taste variety these diets offer.
We also create dishes for guests who are following an alkaline diet.
What are the meal times at the DAS SIEBEN?
- breakfast buffet: 7 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.
Start your day the right way at our breakfast buffet with fresh bread and crunchy pastries (gluten-free available on request), fruity jams, healthy spreads, a selection of raw sausages, bacon and ham as well as mild and flavourful hard, soft or spreadable cheeses. On top of that, you can expect: fresh fruit and vegetables, various types of cereal, dairy products (lactose-free available on request), juices, teas, aromatic coffee specialties as well as sweet treats and much more. We prepare delicious varieties of egg dishes for you in our front kitchen.

Are you a meat or fish lover, vegetarian or vegan? Choose your favourite from our evening set menu. For guests following an alkaline diet, we’re happy to create dishes catered to your needs. Enjoy as much of our fresh salads as you like before we serve you the starter and main course. We round off every menu with a delicious dessert. You can also enjoy the fruit salad and the cheeses at our buffet.
Do you offer a set menu, snacks or a selected a la carte menu at lunchtime?
At lunchtime, we serve a table d'hôte and snacks, as well as homemade cakes and ice cream.
Can I breakfast at the DAS SIEBEN as an external guest?
You are welcome to enjoy the fresh bread and crunchy pastries (gluten-free available on request), fruity jams, healthy spreads, selection of raw sausages, bacon and ham as well as mild and strong-flavoured hard, soft or spreadable cheeses on offer at our sumptuous breakfast buffet for €28 per person.
On top of that, you can expect: fresh fruit and vegetables, various types of cereal, dairy products (lactose-free available on request), juices, teas, aromatic coffee specialties as well as sweet treats and much more.

I would like to give someone a wellness break as a gift; what are the different options?
How long is my voucher valid for?
-> Vouchers purchased in our online shop or at our health resort are valid indefinitely, and can be redeemed at any time.
-> Vouchers raffled or issued within the scope of a competition, special offers or promotions must be redeemed within a specific period. The individual validity period is shown on the respective voucher.
How / where can I redeem my vouchers?
All purchased vouchers can be redeemed at the DAS SIEBEN health resort, and also at the Vivea health hotels. Vouchers cannot be exchanged or exchanged for cash, returned or used to purchase other vouchers.
