Can I also book a day spa package at DAS SIEBEN?

At our adults-only hotel, you’ll find everything you need to relax. You can enjoy your own personal wellness break with one of our Day Spa packages, such as Ladies’ Day Spa, Men’s Day Spa, Dinner & Spa and much more.

What are the opening hours for the wellness and spa area?

For hotel guests:

  • Use of the sauna and pool area: Mon–Sat: 7.00 am to 10.00 pm (until 9.00 pm in winter)
    Sun: 8.00 am to 10.00 pm (until 9.00 pm in winter)
  • Indoor sauna: from 11.00 am
  • Outdoor sauna: Mon–Thu 2.00 pm to 9.00 pm | Fri–Sun 12.00 pm to 9.00 pm
  • Use of the gym: open 24 hours

For DaySPA guests:

  • Use of the sauna and pool area: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
  • Indoor sauna: from 11.00 am
  • Outdoor sauna: Mon–Thu 2 pm to 9 pm | Fri–Sun 12 pm to 9 pm
  • Use of the gym: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm

 

What are the water temperatures in the pools?

  • Water temperature of approx. 31 °C in the outdoor swimming pool, which is heated all year round
  • Approx. 31 °C water temperature in the indoor pool
  • Approx. 34 °C water temperature in the hot tub

Can I book beauty treatments at DAS SIEBEN?

Beauty treatments can be booked in advance by telephone or in person. To ensure we can best accommodate your preferences, we recommend booking your chosen treatments in advance.

Can I use the wellness area before check-in or after check-out?

We guarantee check-in by 3.00 pm at the latest. If the rooms are not yet ready for you to move into from 12.00 pm, you are welcome to use our extensive wellness area free of charge. Alternatively, you can extend your stay and enjoy our wellness area on the day of arrival from 09.00 am and/or on the day of departure until 18.00 pm for an additional charge of €25.00 per person per service.

  • Early check-in before 12.00: €25.00 per person, including use of the wellness area
     
  • Check-in from 12.00: Free use of the wellness area should the room not yet be ready
  • Check-in from 3.00 pm guaranteed
     
  • Check-out by 11.00 am: €25.00 for use of the wellness area after check-out

Arrival / Departure

Is there a car park right next to the hotel?

Our hotel offers one free underground parking space per room.

Is there a way to charge my electric car or electric bike?

Electric cars can be charged at the hotel’s own electric charging station (for a fee). E-bikes can be charged free of charge in the bike storage room.

Is there a shuttle service to and from the hotel?

Subject to prior booking and availability, we offer a free hotel taxi service* to and from Wörgl Central Station when you book directly.

*Our free hotel shuttle is available daily from 08:00 to 17:00. Should you arrive outside these times, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
Of course, you also have the option at any time to either take a taxi from Wörgl Central Station or, alternatively, use public transport (e.g. bus route 4026).

Is there a shuttle service to a ski resort?

Our ski shuttle takes you to the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental (Hopfgarten valley station) and back. (until March) The
transfer is free with the Kufsteinerland Guest Card.

Departure times:
08:40 – from the hotel (to Hopfgarten)
16:20 – return

Please register by 9.00 pm the day before at the latest.

When can I check in at the hotel? By what time do I need to check out?

  • Check-out on the day of departure: by 11.00 am
  • Check-in on the day of arrival: from 3.00 pm

Is there any benefit to travelling by public transport?

If you travel by public transport, you’ll receive a 5% discount on your booking for stays of 2 nights or more.

Are children allowed in the hotel?

We look forward to welcoming and pampering our guests aged 16 and over at our adults-only hotel.

Are dogs / pets allowed?

Pets are not permitted in our ****Superior Hotel.

Are there any cheaper options, such as off-peak rates, early-booking discounts, last-minute deals, a loyalty bonus or other discounts?

We offer a range of special offers:

Keep an eye out, for example, for our Smart Deal, the Midweek Special or the taster days.

With our early-bird bonus, you save 10% on the total room rate when booking up to 60 days in advance
(valid on all standard daily rates & packages – excluding the 4=3 promotion)

What happens if I have to cancel my stay?

Cancellation policy at DAS SIEBEN:

  • Smart Deal Free
    cancellation or rebooking of the reservation is not possible. In the event of a no-show, an unused room or early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
     

  • Comfort Flex
    Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival is free of charge.
    A rebooking up to 7 days before arrival is free of charge.

    In the event of cancellation within 14 days, we reserve the right to charge the following cancellation fees:

    - 14 days to 8 days: 50% of the total amount of the booked stay
    - 7 days to 1 day: 90% of the total amount of the booked stay

    In the event of a no-show, a room not taken up or early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
     

  • Christmas / New Year’s Eve Separate cancellation
    terms apply to bookings made between 21 December and 1 January (Christmas/New Year’s Eve):
     
    >>Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival is free of charge.

    For cancellations made within 30 days, we reserve the right to charge the following cancellation fees:

    - 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival:
    50% of the total amount of the booked stay - 14 days to 0 days: 90% of the total amount of the booked stay

We reserve the right to place a hold of 25% of the stay price on your credit card (the amount will be reserved on the credit card but not yet debited).


Any special cancellation terms agreed on a case-by-case basis take precedence over these regulations.

Are the hotel grounds and/or the rooms wheelchair accessible?

Our DAS SIEBEN is designed to be accessible.

We place great importance on accessibility and have had our hotel assessed by the ÖZIV Accessibility Check. The check provides a detailed overview of accessibility within our hotel. You can find the full results here.

Should we plan or implement any improvements, further details may be added. For example, based on the results, we have already taken steps to further optimise accessibility.

Please note: some areas, such as certain swimming pools, are difficult or impossible to access by wheelchair.

Is there a bar in the hotel?

At our adults-only hotel, you can enjoy refreshing drinks and snacks during the day and round off the evening at the hotel bar.

Are there meeting rooms in the hotel?

We have the right seminar rooms for every event:

  • Our Bergwelt seminar room is ideal for large events such as conferences or lectures.

  • The ‘Weitblick’ and ‘Waldquelle’ seminar rooms are ideal for workshops and focused work.

  • Do also enquire about our creative zones and make use of the seclusion offered by these special rooms to foster creativity.

Food & Drink

Can allergies and special dietary requirements be taken into account?

We focus on the needs of our guests and place great importance on the method of preparation, the origin, quality and freshness of the ingredients we select.

We are happy to offer gluten-free or lactose-free dishes on request. As we require some lead time to plan and prepare a suitable menu for guests with allergies, we would ask you to let us know in advance when you make your booking.

Our dietitian will work with you to identify which foods will help you achieve your goals in the most enjoyable way and will cater to your individual needs.

Are there any vegan / vegetarian / alkaline dishes?

We recommend our vegan and vegetarian dishes. You’ll be surprised by the variety of flavours these diets have to offer.

For guests who follow an alkaline diet, we create bespoke dishes.

What are the meal times at DAS SIEBEN?

  • Breakfast buffet: 7.00 am – 10.30 am

Fuel up at our breakfast buffet with fresh bread and crisp pastries (gluten-free options available on request), fruity jams, healthy spreads, a selection of cold cuts, bacon and ham, as well as mild and tangy hard, soft or spreadable cheeses. You can also look forward to: fresh fruit and vegetables, various types of muesli, dairy products (lactose-free available on request), juices, teas, aromatic coffee specialities, sweet treats and much more. We prepare delicious variations of egg dishes for you in our open kitchen.

  • Dinner: 6.00 pm to 8.30 pm

Are you a meat or fish lover, vegetarian or vegan? Choose your favourite from our evening set menus. Enjoy fresh salads and our soups at your leisure before we serve you the starter and main course. We round off every menu with a delicious dessert. Do also help yourself to the fruit salad and selection of cheeses at our buffet.

Do you serve a set lunch, snacks or a small menu?

At lunchtime, you’ll find a small snack menu, a dish of the day, as well as homemade cakes and ice-cream specialities

Can I have breakfast at DAS SIEBEN as a non-resident guest?

External guests are welcome to enjoy our extensive breakfast buffet for €30 per person, featuring fresh bread and crisp pastries (gluten-free options available on request), fruity jams, healthy spreads, a selection of cold cuts, bacon and ham, as well as mild and tangy hard, soft or spreadable cheeses.

Activities / Leisure activities

Does the hotel offer e-bike hire?

You are welcome to hire e-mountain bikes from our partner company, eBIKE PREMium, directly from us at the hotel from April to November.

Prices:

  • 4 hours €27.00 per bike

  • 1 day €40.00 per bike

Are there enough cycle paths in the area?

At DAS SIEBEN, cyclists will find everything their hearts desire. Fantastic routes for mountain bikers, road cyclists, gravel and e-bike riders, and leisure cyclists lead into the surrounding countryside of the Kufsteinerland region. The suggested routes are provided by the Kufsteinerland Tourist Board and each includes an overview map (OpenStreetMap), GPX files for download, route profiles, elevation data, route descriptions,photos and much more.

Are there any walks I can go on in the local area?

The Tyrolean mountains are rich in natural wonders, such as the Haslacher Moor in Bad Häring, the Blaue Quelle in Erl and the variety of lakes around Kufstein. Whether you’re a mountaineer, a peak bettor, a nature lover or simply someone who enjoys the outdoors – the Kufsteinerland has something to suit every type of hiker.

Are there any places to swim or lakes in the area?

As well as our indoor pool and the outdoor pool, which is heated all year round, you’ll also find numerous natural lakes and mountain lakes, as well as outdoor swimming pools in the surrounding area:

  • Pfrillsee / Hechtsee – 13 km

  • Thiersee – 17 km

  • Hintersteiner See – 23 km

  • Walchsee – 30 km

How long is my voucher valid for?

-> Vouchers that you can purchase from our online shop or at our hotel are valid indefinitely and can be redeemed at any time.

-> Vouchers that are raffled off or issued as part of a competition, special offers or promotions are valid for a limited period. The validity period is stated individually on the relevant voucher.

How / where can I redeem my vouchers?

All vouchers purchased can be redeemed at both DAS SIEBEN and Vivea Hotels. They cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or used to purchase other vouchers.
